 How To Assemble:

Print on cardstock, Best setting and “Borderless” setting on. Laminated in 3mm thickness laminate.

*Note– Write rewards on blank sheet before laminating. Although, You could use them with a dry erase marker to write in rewards

Cut out Task and Reward sheet. Cut the little check marks out and add velcro dots to the backs.

Cut out Rewards and store them on the “Rewards” sheet with velcro dots.

Display somewhere visible for the children to be able to see their progress
